Wow, We have unfortunately watched the quality of the food go down since our first order, right after you opened. We were initially thrilled to see a Pick Up Stix within 2 miles of our home, as we became fast fans since our move to California, last Fall. But after tonight’s meal we will look for other options in Encinitas. And there are plenty. Reasons include: We spent the extra money on the white meat Kung Pao chicken only to receive hard an over-sauced and extra strong soy flavored version of something unrecognizable as Kung Pao. The steamed vegetables were closer to raw than steamed, and the beef & broccoli included minced pieces of beef, rather than the usual strips. We are not generally complainers so understand it takes a lot to turn our heads, especially after being such loyal customers in both Encinitas and Hermosa Beach. Dave & Tammy Temple
