Our server Allison was terrific, and General Manager Jeff Hill was attentive, gracious and deeply knowledgeable. That kind of hospitality changes a meal.
02 — WHAT WORKED
The scallops over crispy risotto cake with sliced apples were spectacular. The wine recommendation made sense rather than merely sounding expensive. Tammy’s pork belly and quinoa salad delivered, and the peach cobbler finished the night like Grandma made it.
03 — WHAT DIDN’T
Honestly? Nothing worth bitching about.
04 — WORTH IT?
Yes. You are paying for food, service and one of the great lakefront views in Tahoe — and on this visit, all three showed up.
