First off, Thank You, Enterprise for always making everyone feel like they're important. Next, we LOVE the Phoenix airport; perhaps one of our new faves. The in/out process is seamless, and while there could be a bit more expeditiousness in the check IN process (returning), all in all, it all seems to work pretty fine. Next, I like how Enterprise rents a car, then offers a variation on that theme...right there on the spot, with zero hassles. The cars have always been spotless, smoke-free (thank God), and in good condition. I've never seen such exceptional Customer Service from an "independently owned company" in my life. I used to be a Hertz guy (because of the so-called Gold status and super-fast check in), but the rates had just gotten out of hand. For my money, and ALL my future Catalyst Pictures business needs it's ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR. Cheers! PS: And as soon as you "run a special on luxury sport vehicles" I think I'll dip my toe in.
